A musician of national and international acclaim, Heather Birt combines a career in chamber music, with orchestral, baroque performance and jazz.

Heather has worked with Emma Kirkby, Nigel Kennedy and as guest viola with the Allegri String Quartet.  She performs with many ensembles including the English Concert, The Sixteen, Charivari Agréable and Allen Beechey's Bright Stars of Jazz.
